Therapy may be covered with Out of Network benefits. HMO plans generally cover in network only. PPO plans vary but often cover 60-80% of costs.
I provide the detailed form called a Super Bill, which you then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
For your convenience, Wise Woman Therapy is registered with a company called reimbursify. For $1.99 per claim it takes just a minute and you avoid hassling with your insurance company’s reimbursement process each time. https//reimbursify.com
